Bernard King the camp 1970's Australian TV Chef was an adopted icon to the entire Black Eye/Gracelands era. His image appeared on Black Eye gig posters, handbills and even the cover of B-Side magazine with Stu Spasm. I just finished reading A Marvelous Party: The Life of Bernard King by author Stephanie Clifford-Smith and now feel inspired to post some tracks from Bernard's corny LP 'A Man of Style' except I don't have a copy of it. So if you have a copy or know someone that has a copy send us an MP3 so we can share it on this site.
UPDATE December 11 2008: Thanks to Dick Wobble for letting us know about this MP3 from the LP

Dear Cousin,
I too seek this holy grail of crap having not listened to it since the 1970's. Unfortunatley, I did not purchase a copy for, at that time, dumbfounded as I was by Bernard's appaling inability to hold a tune - so much for the talent critic. Since then, however, little things have reminded of the magical moment when I first heard his bandsaw braying - the creaking of rusty hinges, the gurgling of blocked water pipes etc.- will continue searching and share if a copy comes into my possession.
Cheerio,
Peter
P.S. Bernard's man-shed is probably stuffed with unsold copies!
Anyone ever find this album? I found one track online `Bon Vivant' dang been looking everywhere for it!
Nope.... Can you point us in that direction?
